Privacy policy

ROUVIC LLC (“ROUVIC”, “we”, “us”) designs and builds websites, online stores, AI chatbots and apps. This policy explains what information we receive and what we do with it. Questions go to hello@rouvic.com.

We only receive the personal information you choose to send us by email. This website has no sign-up, no forms, no tracking and no advertising, and our chat doesn’t ask for or keep your name or email.

When you email us, we receive what you write: usually your name, your email address and details about your business and project. We use it only to answer you, prepare your quote and, if you hire us, do the work. If you’re in the UK or Europe, the legal basis is that you asked us to, and that we need it to quote for and carry out your project.

The chat answers general questions about our services. What you type in it isn’t sent to us or anyone else, and the chat forgets the conversation when you close the tab. For anything personal, please email us instead.

Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address and basic browser details so it can show you the pages, and may keep them for a short time in its security logs. We don’t use them to identify you.

We don’t use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising.

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for advertising. We only use the services needed to run this website and our email:

• Our email provider, which delivers and stores our emails.
• Our hosting provider, which runs this website.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

We keep your emails for as long as we need them to talk with you, do the work and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@rouvic.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also ask us to stop using it or to send you a copy.

If you’re in the UK or the European Economic Area, these are your rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR, and you can also complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office). If you’re in the United States, some states, such as California, give you similar rights, and we honor them.

Our email and hosting providers may handle information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, they protect it with standard safeguards, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

This website is meant for businesses. We don’t knowingly receive information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we’ll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
